Your day, in three taps

  1. Tap CALL NOW. Your phone dials the clinic. The card shows who to ask for.
  2. Tap what happened. One button — that's the whole log. It sets the stage for you.
  3. Tap Save & next clinic. The next one is already on screen.

Made a mistake? Tap Undo in the bar at the bottom right after saving — the call disappears.

What each outcome does

  1. No answer / Voicemail — stays on your list, comes back around.
  2. Gatekeeper — you spoke to the front desk, not the decision maker.
  3. Interested — they want to hear more: the stage becomes Connected.
  4. Call back — they asked for another time: pick the day below.
  5. Not interested — leaves your list, still visible in Find.
  6. Wrong number — removes it for good so nobody wastes a dial.

The buttons

  1. Copy number — if your phone blocks the dialler.
  2. Website — check the practice before you dial.
  3. Follow-up chips — Today / Tomorrow / 2 days / 3 days / 1 week / No follow-up. The clinic reappears on top of your queue that morning.
  4. priority 70 on a card is not a grade of the clinic — it’s why that clinic sits near the top of your list.
  5. Skip — puts it back in the pool without touching its history.
  6. Remove (dead number) — for disconnected lines.
  7. Find tab — search every clinic by name, city or phone; filter by state; open any card and call it.
  8. Stats tab — your dials, connects, demos and the money number.

Two things that keep you honest

  1. Dial 9am–1pm Miami time. The dot beside Miami turns teal while the offices are picking up, amber once they’ve closed.
  2. 100 dials is the day. The bar under the header fills as you go.
